‘Black Sails’ star Hannah New does some damage at show party

Michael Bay’s new Starz show “Black Sails” was feted Tuesday at the Explorers Club with the ringing — and unfortunate breaking — of a historic ship’s bell.

The pirate show’s Hannah New accidentally pulled the clapper off the bell on the second floor, which is from the USS Bear, a famed Coast Guard vessel that sank 89 years after it was launched.

We’re told the club’s former president, Richard Wiese, said he’d seen the bell rung more than 100 times and never seen it break.

Filmmaker Fabien Cousteau attended and explorer Barry Clifford displayed several million dollars in pirate treasure from the sunken Caribbean ship he discovered.

Bay, who’s still living down his walk-off performance at the Consumer Electronics Show, wasn’t there.
